1. Return and Refund Eligibility

  • Tea Products: Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of tea products once they have been opened.

  • Tea ware and Accessories: We accept returns or exchanges of unused tea ware and accessories in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return for eligible items:

  • Contact Us: Before returning any item, please contact us at info@teaandtransformation.org with your order number and reason for return to confirm eligibility.

  • Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

3. Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return:

  • Approval: If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact Us Immediately: Please contact us at info@teaandtransformation.org within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged product.

  • Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any shipping costs incurred.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened tea products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Sale or clearance items.
