  • Normal Processing Duration: Orders are processed within 5-7 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) from the time of purchase.

  • Expedited Processing Duration: Orders can be processed within 2-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) from the time of purchase if you pay an additional fee at checkout.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) - $5.95 (Free for orders over $100)

  • Expedited Shipping (1-2 business days) - $15.95

  • Local Delivery (1-2 business days) - $5.00

  • Standard Shipping: Our default shipping method for domestic orders.

  • Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, select this option at checkout.

3. Shipping Destinations

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

  • International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

  • Military Addresses: Shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses is not available at this time.

5. Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details to monitor your shipment's progress.

6. Shipping Delays

  • Unforeseen Circumstances: While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, certain factors such as inclement weather, carrier delays, or high order volumes may impact shipping times. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@teaandtransformation.org with your order number and photos of the damaged product.

  • Lost Packages: If you suspect your package is lost, please reach out to us at info@teaandtransformation.org, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
